Today At Walmart I saw a women with a 2-3 year old child and a baby in a baby carrier. She was looking at baby pajamas with children in her cart behind her. That gives someone a change to snatch her toddler or infant. I read a woman was looking at frozen vegetables and it took 15 seconds and someone unbuckled her 11 month old son and the cart was right in front of her. Always have someone with you or have your children in sight.
