Amazed, I'm amazed.... I am,not trying to be mean, disrespectful... Insensitive or anything... But they are charging a 21 year old kid with the death of an officer.....
Now mind you, he deserves the DV and resisting.... But the death of an officer???
And if it happened on a Tuesday, how the HELL did they get an autopsy by Wednesday... And funeral progression by Thursday/Friday..... But the drunk officer who lied the girl took months? Or Perdock running drunk into another boat killing a you nd guy... Yet THIS officer got an autopsy THAT fast.... With enough evidence to charge a kid with basically murder?? Because he resisted arrest??? Who is to say it wouldn't have happened still? From what I read, there was an ambulance /medic on scene and they CLEARED THE kid they arrested, and the officers on scene, none of the officers had any injuries... So now we should charge the medics with accessory after the fact? Malpractice???
Im super sad the officer lost his life... He was young... With apparent health issues, and a huge part of the community... Condolences to the family for their loss... But to charge a kid with murder, and yes 21 is still a kid, for an officer having a heart attack after an incident??... Does anyone ELSE wonder this???
