I have a weird neighbor!!! When I get off work at 3am and drive home I can hear her moving in her window to watch me and what I'm doing wiithout turning her light on thinking I won't notice but I can hear her even though I can not see her. One night she locked my cat in her house and said it because my cat got out and she said she was holding her until she got a hold of me. I told her that the cat is outdoors, and getting a hold of me is a challenge because I get off duty at in the middle of night, sleep and repeat. Then one of my landlords said something about how the lights are always on in our house and I was wondering how they knew that. Then other landlord said... ""the neighbor called me to check on me and they asked why there was a moving truck in front of the house."" Why there was a moving truck, I don't know. But now I know she doesn't just watch every little thing I do, she calls my landlord too! Like why does she care what we do on a daily basis, we aren'tdoing anything bad. And the cat thing creeps me out!!!
