"Why the f*** does everybody jump to calling a lawyer the 1st minute they see something they do not like. You are a business owner , guests are going to have bad experiences. Cannot make everybody happy . And what people do have that experience as they have the right to talk about it and share with others . That's actually human nature. Statistics show that people often forget about good experiences but they remember bad ones for 27 years . They are going to talk about it. Get over it or improve what you are doing. Are you gonna call and waste money on a lawyer? did something bad happened to you ? ""Um, Mister Lawyer, someone posted a review of my business, and when I woke up in the morning, I had rubella."" NO!!! It doesn't work that way. Why don't you spend the money to improve your business and let the lawyers handle real things?"
