I went into Kmart earlier today, I go there often. Today I noticed the lack of respect for the workers with my own two eyes. As I walked in I heard yelling from who I assume is the manager, he was the oldest person there. He was cursing at 2 employees calling them stupid idiots, I believe I even heard him call one of the ladies a worthless piece of shit. I then saw him pick something up (I couldn't quite make out what it was but it almost looked like a pizza cutter) and throw it at someone behind the counter. There was nobody in the pizza place so Idk if anyone else witnessed this. How could they have someone like that working there? I almost thought they were playing around at first, but it seemed pretty serious as the workers were NOT laughing..
